Cancellation Policy

Papaya Skin Loft values your time and understands that plans may change. We kindly request at least 24 hours notice, excluding weekends and holidays, for cancellations or rescheduling. Please notify us via Olivia@papayaskinloft.com to make any changes to your appointment. Appointments canceled within 24 hours will incur a charge of 50% of the service amount. If you anticipate being late, please let us know as soon as possible. While we will make every effort to accommodate late arrivals, appointments may need to be rescheduled or shortened depending on availability. If you do not contact us and fail to show up for your appointment, a cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled service will be charged to your card. Your health and well-being are important to us.
